Brandon Jones is responsible for elevating health center operational performance through the delivery of training and technical assistance that improves the delivery of care through efficient and effective administrative management, including, human resources, clinic operations, change management, and patient and staff engagement efforts. Prior to joining NACHC, Brandon had 13+ years of C-suite executive experience, including as a Health Center COO in PA, NY and SC. Brandon’s experience includes responsibility for a $25M health center operating budget, 300 employees, EHR roll-out (including dental), special populations funding streams, front office operations, PCMH Level 2 designation and Joint Commission accreditation, FTCA coverage and behavioral health integration.
