Jason Reddish is a partner in the health care and federal grants practice groups at the Washington law firm Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP. Jason's practice focuses on the drug discount program, established under section 340B of the Public Health Service Act (340B program), and other regulatory issues impacting community health centers, AIDS Service Organizations and other Ryan White-funded clinics, hemophilia treatment centers, safety-net hospitals, and other 340B program stakeholders including pharmacies and vendors. He has negotiated dozens of 340B program contract pharmacy and third-party administrator agreements, and worked to resolve many of the disputes that can arise from them.
