Allison Coleman MBA

Allison Coleman is the CEO of Capital Link, a nonprofit organization that assists FQHCs with capital development, growth planning and performance improvement on a national basis. She also serves as CEO of Community Health Center Capital Fund, Capital Link’s CDFI lending affiliate, which offers NMTC financing and direct loans for FQHCs. As a founder of both organizations, Coleman is responsible for overseeing services provided through six offices. Established more than 25 years ago by leaders in the health center movement, Capital Link and Capital Fund serve the FQHC sector exclusively. To date, the two related organizations have provided assistance to more than 900 FQHCs, helping them deploy $4 billion in federal capital grants and directly assisting centers in planning and leveraging $1.3 billion in financing for capital projects totaling more than $1.6 billion. Ms. Coleman holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA from Yale College.
