Gil Muñoz is the Chief Executive Officer at the Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center. Gil has been Chief Executive Officer since 2001 and has been with Virginia Garcia since 1991. Under his leadership, Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center has grown from serving 7,000 patients at two sites to now serving more than 48,000 patients at five primary care clinics, six dental clinics, six school-based health centers, and a mobile outreach clinic in Washington and Yamhill Counties. He holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Lewis and Clark College (1995) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland (1984).
