Mindy Stadtlander, MPH: Mindy is the Sr Vice President of Medicaid and Network Services at CareOregon with responsibility for the Medicaid line of business in the Portland Metro area and the Provider Network strategy including the Contracting and Alternative Payment, Technical Assistance and Quality Improvement, Provider Services, and the support for 4 regional Provider Councils. Since 2004, she has worked in primary care innovation, quality improvement, and data analysis for safety net health centers and in academic research settings. She received her MPH in Epidemiology with a Certificate in Program Evaluation from the University of Pittsburgh.
