Trisha Cooke has worked in the healthcare industry for 20 years, passionately committed to the mission of federally qualified health centers. She has worked in numerous positions from front desk reception and medical records to grant writing and management. Before coming to Open Door Community Health Centers, Trisha worked for a North Coast Clinics Network, a health center consortium, where she drove training and education, certified quality improvement coaching, program management, and policy and advocacy to support health center members on the North Coast. She also spent 10 years as an educator in higher education. Joining Open Door Community Health Centers in 2021 as the Director of Workforce Development, Trisha brings a zeal for process improvement and change management through a learning lens that supports patient-centered care through a trauma-informed leadership lens.
