Terri Fleming APRN, FNP-BC, AAHIVS is a Family Nurse Practitioner and Medical Lead of the Gender Diversity and Resilience Program at the Child Guidance Center at Community Health Center, Inc. Terri received her undergraduate degree in Nursing and Global Health at Emory University and completed a graduate Family Nurse Practitioner program at The Johns Hopkins University. Terri completed her Postgraduate Nurse Practitioner (NP) Residency Program in primary care and Center for Key Populations (CKP) Fellowship at Community Health Center, Inc. The CKP Fellowship focused on primary and specialty care for people living with HIV, people with substance use disorders, the LGBTQI+ community, and those experiencing homelessness. What connects all of Terriās work as a provider and community member is connected by the desire to authentically support, educate, and advocate for equity in the communities that have uplifted her by recognizing the importance of cultural fabric, intergenerational wisdom, and intersectionality.
