With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare organizations, including academic hospital-based medical centers, the New York City public health department, and a federally qualified health center (FQHC), Rebecca offers expertise in strategic and operational planning, meeting facilitation, and project management. Rebecca delivers a broad range of services to clients, specializing in program development, grant proposal writing, and grant management. Her work emphasizes operational performance improvement, strategic planning, and the design and implementation of mobile health service delivery models. With deep expertise in regulatory compliance, Rebecca supports organizations in aligning their strategic and operational plans with federal and state requirements. She also serves as a Faculty Trainer for the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), where she focuses on compliance and health center operations, helping health centers strengthen their infrastructure and sustainability. Before joining CohnReznick, Rebecca served as the Director of Healthcare Operations, Planning, and Policy for a complex New York City-based FQHC. In this role, she oversaw and led healthcare services, which included primary care and behavioral health services provided through clinics and mobile vans. She was responsible for developing and implementing new services, as well as managing the health center’s finances and budget. Additionally, Rebecca was the Director of Program Operations for the Primary Care Information Project (PCIP), a bureau within the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Her experience also includes working as a department administrator at the New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry and as a senior project manager within the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at NYU Langone Medical Center. She began her career as a program associate at the Greater New York Hospital Association (GNYHA). Moreover, Rebecca serves as a career guide for NYU’s Fellowship for Emerging Leaders in Public Service (FELPS), a leadership development program designed for early-career public service professionals.
