Susan Sleigh MPA, LPN

Prior to her role as Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Sleigh was Director of Clinical Operations, Director of School-Based Health Centers, and in patient care as a nurse, specializing in adolescent health for Family Health Center of Worcester. Ms. Sleigh’s role as a patient-facing nurse at Family Health Center strongly influenced her drive to provide excellent whole-person care to individuals and families in Worcester and surrounding communities. Her thorough understanding of the daily operations, staff needs, and community have uniquely positioned her to implement strategic changes throughout the organization. Ms. Sleigh received a Master’s Degree in Public Administration at Clark University in Worcester, MA. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Houghton College in Houghton, NY.
