Peter Dy is a program coordinator at the California Primary Care Association (CPCA), where he works as the content lead for patient-centered health homes (PCHHs) and supports behavioral health and the Capitation Payment Preparedness Program. Peter has been with CPCA since October 2017 and works to manage the PCHH Initiative, conducts research on quality improvement infrastructure in FQHCs, and supports health centers in adopting and spreading practice transformation strategies as part of APM readiness. Prior to CPCA, Peter held positions with Dignity Health Medical Foundation, UC Davis Medical Center, California Department of Public Health, and California Department of Health Care Services. Peter has a diverse background with clinic administration, public health research, data collection, interview methodologies, and health policy.
