Leon Harris
Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer, The Centers Ohio
Leon Harris III is the Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Officer, for The Centers. Leon is charged with developing, implementing, and facilitating DEI strategies, as well as collaborating with all levels of Centers' staff to assess and enhance the organization’s programs and practices. With more than 15 years of DEI and evaluation experience, Leon holds a B.A. in Sociology and a Master of Public Administration, both from the University of Akron. Leon also holds a Ph.D. in Social Welfare, from Case Western Reserve University.
