As Senior Vice President of JEDI for California Primary Care Association (CPCA), Buddy leads and oversees the Leadership Equity Program, internal and external DEI practices, designing, implementing and evaluating systems and programs that facilitate (1) the recruitment, professional development and continuous learning of team members from diverse backgrounds, (2) the identification and implementation of operational efficiencies and (3) the identification, creation, and evaluation of programs, services, and trainings that support the membership. Additionally, Buddy founded Quests and Summits LLC, an organizational development (OD) consulting firm working with organizations committed to empowering underserved communities. He served as the Vice President for Community Schools in which he oversaw all aspects of the organization’s portfolio of community schools. Additionally, Buddy is the Founder and Chief Executive Consultant for Quests and Summits LLC, an organizational development (OD) consulting firm working with organizations committed to empowering underserved communities locally and worldwide. Quests and Summits promotes continuous learning and growing for groups, teams and organizations through the design of “change journeys.”
