Dr. Kaitlin Boger is a certified dialectical behavioral therapist with over 12 years of experience. Dr. Boger has spoken nationally about integrated care, crisis management, and trauma informed processes. Dr. Boger has trained individuals, groups, and organizations. Dr. Boger has experience creating and directing an integrated behavioral health care program that provided same day access in primary and dental care in a Community Federally Qualify Health Center and Urban Indian Health Services Clinic. This clinic was recognized as a SAMSHA Trauma Informed Care Innovation Center with Dr. Boger as the project lead. Dr. Boger helped to ensure this organization obtained the National Committee for Quality Assurance Behavioral Health Integration Distinction. Additionally, Dr. Boger coordinated risk and quality management in the largest Community Mental Health Center in Kansas- blending her clinical skills with best practices and federal and state requirements. Dr. Boger also has over 10 years of crisis experience, assisting individuals who may be experiencing suicidal or homicidal plans or thoughts, have concerns for self-care, or have severe and persistent mental health concerns.
