As COO, Allison Dubois is responsible for all HRHCare administration including contracting, grants management, outreach implementation, special populations, community relationships with special service providers, as well as hospitals and other community health centers and legislative advocacy. As the former Director of Government Affairs and Special Projects for the Community Health Care Association of New York State, Allison has broad experience in advocacy and policy-making on behalf of community health centers.
Allison holds an MPH from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University, and received her Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University, with a concentration in Gerontology. She was the 2010 National Emerging Leader Award winner from the Geiger Gibson Center for Community Health at George Washington University. In 2011, she completed the Johnson & Johnson Health Care Executive Program at the UCLA-Anderson School of Management.
