Marcie, an FTLF partner, specializes in federal grants and grant-related requirements for health care services (including Section 330 of the Public Health Service Act); nonprofit corporation law including governance; health care provider networks and affiliations; managed care contracting; corporate compliance programs for health care providers; and federal health care fraud and abuse law. She advises CHCs and other providers on governance, administration, and operations; and analyzes and drafts formal comments and advice on statutes, regulations, and policies impacting CHCs and the health care industry in general. As NACHC counsel, Marcie provides technical assistance and advice to health care providers nationwide.
