The COVID-19 pandemic forever changed the health center workplace as “stay-at-home “orders abruptly required many health centers to send non-clinical staff home to work. Although non-clinical staff have returned to working on-site, health centers are increasingly permitting certain staff members to work from home on a part-time or full-time basis.
