As health centers continue to build a quality-driven approach, it is essential to understand the interdepartmental and programmatic impact of our day-to-day activities. In today’s healthcare environment, activities cannot be siloed in departments; expected outcomes, resource allocation, and data utilization must be strategic and interdepartmentally aligned.
