Shannon is one of the owners of CURIS Consulting and Principal Consultant. Prior to launching CURIS Consulting, Shannon has had over 18 years of experience working with health centers, hospitals, PCAS and HCCNs to enhance clinical, operational, and financial performance. Shannon was Chief Operating Officer and Sr. Vice President of Consulting for Centerprise, Inc. from 2014-2018. During this time Shannon built a nationally recognized consulting group focused on improving the overall performance, compliance, and sustainability of community health centers. Shannon has completed over 200 NCQA PCMH transformations, performance assessments on over 150 community health centers, and assisted networks in developing clinically integrated networks. Shannon has or currently serves as interim CQO, CIO and COO for health centers.
