Chief Executive Officer, Horizon Health Care, Inc.

Wade was hired as the CEO for Horizon Health Care, Inc. in July 2021 after serving in the role of CFO for the previous 20+ years. Throughout his career he has been an integral part of the significant growth of the organization that grown from a small FQHC with seven sites and a $2.5 million budget to the current level of serving 22 communities through 32 healthcare delivery sites covering a 28,000 square mile service area with a $31 million budget. Horizon Health Care, Inc. provides rural communities with access to high-quality, affordable primary healthcare services. That mission led to the development of the Horizon Health Foundation in 2006 to inspire and empower patients by providing funding for accessible and affordable health care now and into the future.
