Chief Quality Officer, Community Health Center Association of Connecticut

Russell Dexter is the Chief Quality Officer at the Community Health Center Association of Connecticut (CHCACT), providing strategic and management support to the quality improvement, project management, and clinical program services provided by CHCACT to FQHCs and other organizations pursuing the Quadruple Aim and improving care systems for vulnerable populations. Russ is also an adjunct faculty member at Eastern Connecticut State University, where he teaches a course on Lean Management. His education includes a master's Degree in Business Administration; a bachelor's degree in Finance; and specialized training in Systems Thinking, Process Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean Six Sigma. He holds the international credential, Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality. Russ is an accomplished presenter, sharing his quality improvement expertise in numerous professional forums.
