Francia Garcia is the Quality Care and Improvement Coordinator at Family Center Health Care-Greenwich CT. She focuses on the planning, implementation, and monitoring of quality improvement activities. Francia has 15 years of experience working in federally qualified community health center settings. She had led core programs in patient services, advocacy, management, and data analysis to support health quality improvement initiatives.
In 2010, she received the “Paul Ramos Award” is recognition of her leadership and advocacy work in bringing quality health care to the underserved communities.
She studied abroad in Engineering at the District University- Colombia, and she earned a BA in Economics from The City University of New York –Herbert H. Lehman College.
