Rosy is the Director of Research at the Association of Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations (AAPCHO), who oversees research to improve health of vulnerable populations at community health centers serving primarily Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Other Pacific Islanders. She has over 10 years of experience in research and evaluation projects involving numerous and diverse national partners and health center staff, clinician, and community stakeholders. Her experiences include data collection, protocol development, implementation, and evaluation of culturally appropriate health center enabling services, supervision of management and analysis of health center datasets from the AAPCHO data warehouse, and knowledge of vulnerable population health and cultural issues. She is the principal investigator of multiple projects.
