Paula Hoffman is the Director of Population Health and Diagnostic Services at Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center. Rodgers Health is one of the first Federally Qualified Health Centers in the United States serving patients from more than 38 different cultures. Paula’s passion for patient advocacy started early on when her parents, in their mid-forties, were diagnosed with a life-threatening stroke (dad) and breast cancer (mom). She loves working with the extensive diversity of her patients, and believes in empowering people to be in control of their own health through compassion and education.
