Judy Hannan is the Senior Advisor for Million Hearts®, a national initiative, co-led by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), to prevent one million heart attacks and strokes by 2022. She coordinates Million Hearts activities within CDC and works across HHS and other non-federal partners to assure strategic alignment and manages CDC’s funded Million Hearts projects. Judy has a background in clinical and community nursing and 27 years of experience at CDC. She has a BS in nursing and an MPH in policy and management.
