As Deputy Director of Federal Affairs for NACHC, Oliver helps lead NACHC’s legislative efforts to expand the role of community health centers in America’s health care safety net, and represents NACHC before the U.S. Congress. Prior to joining NACHC in 2017, Oliver served as the Manager of Government Affairs at the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA), where he provided guidance and counsel on a variety of legislative and regulatory issues impacting NRPA, with primary expertise in health, wellness, education, and economic development. His work focused heavily on the implementation of the Every Student Succeeds Act and Affordable Care Act.
