Michelle Fundora is the Operations Manager for Health Choice Network, where she oversees the day-to-day operations. Operating in 21 states, Health Choice Network is one of the largest safety-net provider networks in the U.S. leading operational efficiencies for health centers; it supports over 9,100 health center employees and served over one million patients in 2017. In her role, Michelle is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP). She also leads the Emergency Response Team which supports the COOP. Michelle has a bachelor's degree in health administration from Florida International University (FIU), is a Certified Professional Healthcare Risk Manager (CPHRM), and is currently earning her master’s in public health from the University of South Florida (USF).
