Madison Hall, MPH is the Health Access and Legislative Coordinator at the South Carolina Primary Health Care Association. In this position she works with the Advocacy, Outreach and Enrollment staff at South Carolina FQHCs. Prior to her employment with the SCPHCA, she worked in prevention and education programs at the South Carolina Department of Health & Environmental Control and the Sexual Trauma Services of the Midlands. Madison is a two-time graduate of the University of South Carolina where she completed her Master’s in Public Health in 2018 and Bachelor’s in Experimental Psychology with a Minor in Counselor Education in 2016.
