Dr. Gregory Raglow, MD, FAAFP, Dip. Medical Informatics is CMIO for El Rio Health since 2018. A practicing Family Physician with 32 years’ experience beginning with 5 years in Indian Health Services, Whiteriver, Arizona, and 15 years at Banner Health as Medical Director of Good Samaritan Family Medicine Center then Corporate Physician Informatics Director overseeing deployment and meaningful use of Ambulatory EHR to 250 multi-specialty outpatient offices. Internationally, he served on faculty of the first Family Medicine Residency Program in Pakistan housed at Aga Khan University Hospital, Karachi, Pakistan and served for 6 years as CMIO for the government of Abu Dhabi Health Services Co. – SEHA, comprised of 13 hospitals and 65 Ambulatory facilities across Abu Dhabi, UAE. At El Rio, he helped lead the clinical transformation with senior and IT leadership to Epic EHR, Dental, Pharmacy, Lab, Population Health, Analytics, “MyChart” and EpicCare Link while mentoring providers to Board Certification in Clinical Informatics, Physician Builder and Super Users. He focuses on advancing use of technology toward El Rio’s mission.
