Gina McFarlane-El is the founder and CEO of Five Rivers Health Centers (FRHC), serving the Montgomery (Dayton) County and Greene County areas. Funded as a FQHC in 2013, FRHC grew from 3 to 9 sites, serving 12,000 to over 25,000 patients in 5 years. With 32 years of health care management experience with residency programs, her team prides itself in being one of the largest FQHCs in the nation that provides an ambulatory experience to over 250 medical residents, dental residents and fellows (including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Dental, GI, ID, Hematology/Oncology, and Psychiatry). Ms. McFarlane-El has a MBA and MPH from Columbia University in New York and is the recipient of the Ohio’s Unsung Hero and Power 50 – Dayton’s Most Influential Women awards.
