Process Redesigner & Trainer. Chicago, IL. Gabriel worked for eight years at a Federally Qualified Health Center as a Medical Assistant, Team Leader, and Health Center Manager. Gabriel was a member of his clinic’s Coleman Collaborative DPI™ team in 2014. He was also part of the Coleman Internal Coaches Training Program within the organization which helped to orient new staff, sustain the DPI™ model, and continue a culture of innovation. At Coleman Associates, Gabriel works as a trainer, process redesigner, and a Passion Igniter aka coach. Gabriel speaks fluent Spanish. Gabriel loves spending time with his three children.
