Deborah Johnson Ingram MPH, PCMH CCE

Deborah Johnson joined PCDC in 2010 and is a Senior Director that leads the team of Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) facilitators which has achieved over 400 submissions to date. She also provides consulting on PCMH sustainability, ambulatory care practice operations, and efficiency improvements for primary care settings. Deborah provides training on data and analytics, MU and PQRS attestation, in addition to coding for PCMH quality. She is a certified NCQA PCMH Content Expert and has more than six years of experience in facilitating electronic health records implementation. She received a BA in Sociology from New York University and a Master of Public Health-Epidemiology at SUNY Downstate.
