Debbie Burke is responsible for strategic planning, business development, strategic partnerships, and new growth initiatives with community health centers and other essential community providers (ECPs). She provides thought leadership to UnitedHealthcare business leaders to drive innovation in community provider partnerships, and co-chairs UnitedHealthcare’s National FQHC Advisory Board. Prior to her role at UnitedHealthcare, Debbie was National Vice President of Network Management for Amerigroup, where she was responsible for new market network strategic planning, network acquisition strategy and transition management, negotiation and management of national pharmacy, behavioral health and other vendor agreements, and national oversight of network contracting and provider relations.
