Caroline Doherty MSW, MPH

Chief Development and Programs Officer, Roanoke Chowan Community Health Center

Caroline Doherty has served as Chief Development and Programs Officer for Roanoke Chowan Community Health Center (RCCHC) since September 2017. She served as a consultant to RCCHC since 2006 along with several other North Carolina health centers and other safety-net providers. Caroline received her MSW and MPH from the University of NC at Chapel Hill, and served as the director of the NC Farmworker Health Program (statewide BPHC Voucher Program) at the NC Office of Rural Health for 10 years. She is responsible for RCCHC’s efforts in population health, farmworker health, school-based health, communications, and their role in the community network for the uninsured.
