Barbara DiPietro is Senior Policy Director for two organizations— the National Health Care for the Homeless Council and Health Care for the Homeless of Maryland. She holds a master’s degree in Policy Sciences and a doctorate in Public Policy, both from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Previously, Barbara served in the U.S. Peace Corps/Malawi and worked for the State of Maryland in the Governor’s Office and the Department of Health, coordinating health policy, interagency family services, and the state’s 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness.
