Alan Stevens MHA

Alan Stevens is currently the Executive Vice President of Health Center Operations at Compass Health. In this role, he serves as the Project Director for all FQHC programming, overseeing the day-to-day operations at 16 FQHC sites. When he first arrived at Compass Health in 2012, Mr. Stevens led the effort to apply to HRSA to transition the organization from a community behavioral health center that provided mental health and substance use disorder treatment to an FQHC with integrated primary care and dental services. Mr. Stevens serves as the current President of the Board of Directors of the Missouri Primary Care Association, where he previously held positions as Community Development Coordinator and Deputy Director. He also previously served as CEO of two health centers in Missouri.
