Closing General Session: Improving and Preserving the Health of Agricultural Workers and Their Families: The Integrated Care Team Approach and Ag Worker Access Campaign Update

To provide optimal health for agricultural workers and their families, the integration of primary care, behavioral health care, dental care, and public health must be addressed. The COVID-19 pandemic has reinforced the need for a coordinated, adaptable, team approach to care. Innovative models of the integrated care team approach are addressing a variety of issues including workflow, communication among care team members, expanded use of available technologies, assuring each team member is working at the top of their training, and value-based reimbursement.
