Zenas Dowdell is the founder of Dowdell Consulting, a growing business and project management consultancy. Mr. Dowdell has over 10 years of experience business management, government policy, human resources, and project management solutions and training facilitation. He has served as a consultant for Business Tech Solutions (BTS), special assistant to the mayor for the City of Lithonia’s Mayor’s Office and City Council, Fulton County’s Department of Human Service Office of Grant Management, and as a program analyst for the Office of the Aging, Dekalb County Government and Dekalb County Public Schools. Zenas Dowdell has also worked for the National Park services and the General Services Administration as a program and project analysis.
Zenas is a graduate of Georgia State University where he earned his undergraduate degree in Urban Policy Studies/ Public Policy and Economics. He obtained Masters’ degrees in public administration and project management from Troy University and a Graduate Certificate in Public Management.
Zenas enjoys traveling with his wife and their two boys as well as spending time with family and friends.
