Wanda Montalvo, PhD, RN, FAAN is an innovative nurse leader and a keen collaborator who has a successful track record serving as an ally and public health advocate. She has worked in health centers, primary care associations, philanthropy and academia helping to bring diverse perspectives and expertise to NACHC’s Clinical Affairs Division as a Senior Fellow, Public Health Integration, and Innovation. Dr. Montalvo has led several national projects to advance research and clinical programs aimed at reducing disparities, advancing equity and inclusion to improve health outcomes of all people. She serves as adjunct faculty for the School of Nursing at the University of Texas Medical Branch.
