Tym is the Director of New Hampshire Tomorrow with the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation. New Hampshire Tomorrow is the foundation’s largest philanthropic initiative in its history, focusing on reducing the opportunity gap for children and families in New Hampshire through addressing issues related to early childhood, family and youth supports, substance use disorders, and school-to-career pathways. Tym has over 20 years’ experience in the Substance Use Disorders field, and is the former Chair of the New Hampshire Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Prevention, Treatment and Recovery. Prior to joining the Foundation, Tym was the Executive Director of the Makin' It Happen Coalition in Manchester, New Hampshire. Tym is a 2012 recipient of the Terrance Keenan Fellowship for Leaders in Health Philanthropy from Grantmakers in Health. He has a master's degree in Intermodal Expressive Art Therapy from Lesley University.
