SUSAN PETRIE, MBA, Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer, Capital Link. Susan Petrie is the COO/CFO of Capital Link, a national nonprofit established by leaders in the health center movement 25+ years ago to assist FQHCs with capital development, growth planning, and performance improvement. Ms. Petrie is a frequent speaker at NACHC and PCA conferences and training programs, presenting health center financial and operational trends, metrics, and relevant benchmarks so health centers can transform their operations. Capital Link’s proprietary database, which contains financial and operational data for over 1,300 health centers, and direct consulting work with health centers informs trainings. We broadly share best practices that strengthen health centers—financially and operationally—for growth. Before joining Capital Link, Ms. Petrie was an SVP and executive committee member at International Data Group, a $3 billion global information services provider, managing worldwide strategic planning and financial analysis in over 80 countries. She also served as executive editor of MIT’s Sloan Management Review. She earned an MBA and BS in Finance from Babson College.
