Sue Veer has served as President and CEO for Carolina Health Centers, Inc. (CHC) since 2006. CHC serves as the medical home for over 24,000 patients throughout a seven-county rural area of South Carolina. CHC's 16 primary care practices and Agricultural Farmworker Health program include fully integrated behavioral health, pharmacy, and child development services. Sue has developed and conducted organizational development and training programs for health care organizations for over 35 years. A primary area of expertise is strategic planning and leadership development, and Sue has facilitated related organizational development projects for numerous health centers and PCAs during her time in the health center movement. Sue is a long standing member of NACHC, serving on several committees as well as the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors. Sue holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Communication from Carlow College, pursued graduate studies in Organizational Development and Adult Education at Pennsylvania State University, and earned her MBA at Winthrop University.
