Richard Napolitano, Jr. MS

Senior Vice President, External Relations, Greater Lawrence Family Health Center

Rich Napolitano joined GLFHC in January 2014 and serves as its Senior Vice President, External Relations and its Chief Marketing and Development Officer. Rich’s team is responsible for marketing and communications, public relations, development and fundraising, grants and contracts, and legislative affairs. Back home in Massachusetts, Rich serves as the chair for the Lawrence Partnership Network and is on the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers Governmental Affairs Committee. He is also a co-chair of NACHC’s Healthcare for the Homeless Committee and sits on the Advocacy Task Force, Health Policy and Membership Committees. He holds a certificate from the Geiger Gibson Fellowship in Community Health Policy and Leadership at the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health, and a certificate in Leading Product Development from Harvard University. He graduated with a BA in Psychology and a MS in Administration from Saint Michael’s College in Vermont.
