Dr. Natasha Ramontal is a Digital Health Strategist at HIMSS where she helped develop the Community Care Outcomes Maturity Model, a tool used to measure digital maturity of non-acute care providers. She is also responsible for the Digital Health Indicator which measures digital capacity looking at an organization’s existing assets to determine their strengths and areas of opportunity. As a registered nurse, she has successfully managed projects and products concentrating on leveraging technology to improve healthcare and outcomes. Natasha has navigated through several roles such as case manager, telephonic nurse at an insurance provider, home health, and as a nursing professor. She has also worked as a clinical content director at Caravan Health, a population consulting firm where she created the population health nurse course, created clinical workflows, and trained providers and care teams on the goals of the Accountable Care Organizations. Natasha also served as the Clinical Systems Manager at the largest anesthesia provider group in the U.S. where she was responsible for the implementation of clinical IT products.
