Molly Morgan has extensive experience as a Project Manager in innovative, technology-oriented healthcare organizations. At Lowell Community Health Center, she has managed several projects including a telehealth program which increased video adoption by 40%, a Virtual Care Navigator program, remote patient monitoring programs, capacity building with the refugee department, a program to provide smartphones to high-need patients, and a process improvement project to increase access to interpreters at Lowell health center.
