Mrs. Dietz has worked in the healthcare and non-profit field serving the Medicaid and underserved population for more than 15 years. Her background includes Social and Behavioral Health, Infant and Family studies, Project Management and Strategic Planning for Grant funded programs. Mrs. Dietz had provided training for clinical and non-clinical staff while building multidisciplinary teams and designing customized workflows to improve Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) operations under the Value Based Care model. As the Health Centers Controlled Network Director, Mrs. Dietz has been able to develop and implement strategies to leverage the use of Data and Technology to increase patient engagement for the FQHCs in the state of Arizona and Nevada.
