Kathy Chorba
Executive Director, California Telehealth Resource Center
Ms. Chorba has 23 years of telehealth program development and consulting experience, beginning with her work to establish and grow the UC Davis Telemedicine program, incorporating 80 sites and 35 specialties, and directing the Telemedicine Learning Center. Immediately following her 12 years with UCD, Ms. Chorba joined the Center for Connected Health Policy as Director of the Specialty Care Safety Net Initiative, implementing telehealth services in 45 health system, hospital and clinic sites. Following the success of the SCSNI in 2012, Ms. Chorba joined the CTRC, one of 12 Federally designated telehealth resource centers nationwide, and has provided implementation, training and consulting services to over 400 organizations. Ms. Chorba has participated as panel and workshop presenter at over 75 state- and nation-wide conferences and events.
