Ms. Garvey is a leader in community-based outreach, health literacy and health insurance programs that reach high-risk and vulnerable populations. Her work as a Navigator is centered on using innovative ways to advocate, educate, engage and mobilize people around the importance of “coverage to care.” She shares her expertise and passion by supporting enrollment assisters at community health centers around the state under the Wisconsin Primary Care Association.
