Jerry is currently the President of Ashford-Miller Inc., a consulting company that provides management advisory services to domestic and international health insurers, managed care and integrated care entities and diverse government agencies in the areas of organizational change, strategic planning, marketing, and operations. During his career, Jerry was a chief executive, strategic planner and operations leaders in public and private sector health insurance and medical care organizations, and he was the first Executive Director of NACHC. Jerry holds an Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University.
