Jeffrey L. Zonis is President of JLZ Associates, a multi-national healthcare consulting business in Scottsdale AZ. He served for 21 years as the President and CEO of the Family Health Council of Central PA. He has an MBA in Finance as well as an Masters in Public Administration. He spent one year living in Budapest Hungary working for the Soros Foundation on a USAID financial sustainability project. He has visited over 300 FQHCs serving as both an OSV reviewer as well as a financial and administrative consultant. He was selected by HRSA as one of six consultants to work with HRSA in developing the new Compliance Manual and OSV Protocol.
