James Donnelly

Jim Donnelly is the President of Hudson Headwaters 340B, a 340B service provider specializing in third-party administration, auditing services, and consulting to covered entities nationwide using a 340B participant's perspective. Jim has been a part of the team since it began over 20 years ago and is a change management visionary who leads through the core values of collaboration, integrity, humility, and commitment. Applying his expertise in the integration, education, and advocacy of 340B program, Jim is a nationally recognized 340B resource and actively participates in advisory groups and regular speaking engagements to promote continued education. Jim is passionate about the industry he serves and is a 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE), a former 340B University Faculty member, and has also served as a NACHC 340B Advisory Council Member.
